Group Camping

Looking for a spot to host that family reunion or group get-together?  Look no further than a Saskatchewan provincial park.  Most of our parks offer group camping facilities, allowing you to reserve a cluster of campsites in the same area.  The level of service offered for group camping varies from park to park; however, most offer both electric and non-electric sites and bathroom facilities within the camping area, with nearby access to shower facilities.  All group campsites have fire pits and access to water.

About Group Camping

Group reservations will be accepted up to one year in advance of your arrival.  Group camping must be pre-booked and a non-refundable reservation fee and minimum site or unit booking requirement is collected to guarantee your booking.  The minimum site or unit requirement is based on the size of the group area.  Contact the park of your choice to book group camping.

*Please Note* The Reserve-a-Site program and online application form is not for group camping reservations.  Contact the park of interest directly for those bookings.

A 10-night maximum booking will also be in effect from June 24 to the Monday of the Labour Day long weekend to help ensure equitable access to these sites.

Each member of the group is required to register at the campground office on arrival at the park and pay their individual camping fees.  Entry fees are separate from camping fees.

As well, most group camping areas also offer a covered cooking shelter that groups may use at no additional charge.  Groups may also book other facilities including halls, pools and ball diamonds.  Not all parks offer all of these services; please check with the individual park when booking.

Group Camping Fees (5 - 10 units depending on size of group area)

The following fees are in effect for the Saskatchewan provincial park system.  Fees are reviewed annually and subject to change prior to the next operating season.

Group camping must be pre-booked with a non-refundable reservation fee.  A minimum charge per unit applies (dependent on the type of site required).  Each unit within the group is responsible for an entry pass and to pay for their site, for each night of the reservation, upon check in.  Click here for a complete list of fees, including entry fees.
