Relax on a spacious beach with the warm summer sun caressing your face; photograph autumn's play of light on a rare patch of fescue prairie; glide on skis through a wintry white forest; or trek beside a marigold-gilded creek with mullet spawning below and spring bursting above.  Greenwater Lake Provincial Park is one of Saskatchewan's favourite four-season getaways.  The park was named after the reflected colour of the trembling aspen and white spruce on its shoreline.

The Park Store has a full line of groceries and offers clothing, kiddie rides, video/pin ball arcade, souvenirs, crafts and a 9-hole golf course.

Enjoy fast food and full course meals at the Beach Café.  The Beach Café is open Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.  The Café will close at 1 p.m. on March 4 and reopen at 8 a.m. on May 3, 2012.

Test your skill at the championship, 18-hole golf course at the Green Hills Golf Resort.  Explore the scenic Highbush Interpretive Trail, the Marean Lake Interpretive Trail or head out for a more invigorating experience with nature on the more than 125 km of hiking and bicycling trails used by snowmobilers and cross-country skiers in wintertime.  More than 200 species of birds live or visit here.  Furred residents include coyote, fox, timber wolf, lynx, raccoon, martin, otter and weasel, while big game species include moose, elk, white-tailed deer and black bear.  Don't miss the interactive displays at the Interpretive Centre located in the administration building.

Winter, spring, summer or fall, visit Greenwater Lake Provincial Park and wake up your senses.
