Camping

This park will open for reservations on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 7:00 am CST. For more information on the campsite reservation program, click here.

Be sure to check back often as our programs are under review and any changes will be posted here.

To ensure a fair opportunity for more visitors to enjoy a provincial park camping experience, some campsites have been designated as ‘Maximum 14-Consecutive Night Stay’ campsites from June 24 to the September long weekend.  Back-to-back bookings by members of the same household in the same maximum stay campsite are not permitted; you are welcome to extend your stay in a different campsite at the end of 14 nights. There are also unlimited stay campsites available on the reservation system for extended stays.

Helpful Hint: When using either version of the online reservation system and you are staying less than 14 nights, ‘include’ maximum stay campsites in your search preferences.  If you are planning a camping stay for more than 14 nights, ‘exclude’ maximum stay campsites from your search preferences.

Express Check-In Program

Express Check-In is a quick and efficient way to arrive at your campsite.  To take advantage of this program, you must have:

• a camping reservation made using the online reservation system,
• a valid Annual Transferable vehicle entry permit either purchased online with the camping reservation or from a previous visit to a Saskatchewan Provincial Park, and
• the printed email confirmation tear-off

Bring all three with you, deposit the completed tear-off in the identified station at the park and proceed to your campsite.

Campers without a reservation or valid entry permit must proceed to the nearest park office to register for camping and purchase park entry.

Seasonal Camping

Seasonal campsites are available at this location from mid-May to September 30, unless otherwise noted. Seasonal campsites are allocated through a lottery draw, and priority is given to Saskatchewan residents. More information on the seasonal camping program can be found at http://www.saskparks.net/SeasonalCamping by contacting the park directly.

Group Camping

Group camping is available for groups, family events such as weddings and reunions and by school and/or youth groups.  Bookings may be made up to two operating seasons in advance of your arrival.  First year’s reservations are available now by contacting the park of your choice.  Reservations for year two will be accepted starting the first Monday in April, also by contacting the park of your choice.
